Our online community is open to trans, non binary, gender diverse and gender questioning young people between 12 and 19 years old. The community has grown from 3 members to over 300. It’s a safe space to ask questions, talk about how you’re doing, and share experiences with other people in similar circumstances to you. It’s a wonderful place to find community and allay fears. Through the community, you can see details of our weekly online peer meet ups, our Dungeons & Dragons and gaming groups, our events and more opportunities to get involved.

We take the safety and security of our groups very seriously, for your protection, and to allow you to post and ask questions knowing that to the best of our abilities, your information is confidential. It’s important that we’re respectful of one another and the group is moderated by the Support Line team to make sure it is a safe space for all.

You need a valid personal email address to access the community.

If you would like to join, we ask you to read and agree to follow the code of conduct. As part of our security for joining the community we ask you to share some personal contact information including a phone number. We will arrange a safe time to call and talk more about what you’re looking for, and to verify your identity and make sure that your application is genuine before we can approve you to join the community. The call will be from a withheld number to maintain confidentiality, but we will explain all this in an email after you apply so you can ask any questions.

When you reach 20 years of age, we will get in touch to let you know that your access to the forum will come to an end, and let you know about other options for getting involved with our work, such as our range of volunteering opportunities, and link you with other organisations if it’s helpful.
