Health and wellbeing
We want you to have fun and stay safe so it’s important to choose a fundraising activity that is right for you. If you have any health concerns, we strongly recommend that you speak to your doctor before taking on a physical challenge. Remember, fundraising should always be a fun and empowering experience and it should never impact negatively on your physical or mental wellbeing.
